Cambridge Advanced (Ages 16–19)

The Cambridge Advanced Curriculum at Windfield International School is designed for learners aged 16 to 19 (Years 12–13). Building on the foundation of Cambridge Upper Secondary (IGCSE/O Level), it prepares students for university, higher education, and professional careers worldwide.

At this stage, learners specialise in a smaller number of subjects, developing academic depth, independence, and critical thinking skills that prepare them for success at leading universities.

Cambridge Advanced offers two qualifications:

  • Cambridge International AS Level – typically studied over one year.
  • Cambridge International A Level – typically studied over two years, providing a deeper mastery of subjects.

Learners usually select 3–5 subjects, allowing them to specialise according to their interests, university requirements, and career paths.
